Dan Fleck recently spoke at the North Dakota Association for Justice’s Annual Convention in Fargo, North Dakota, giving a speech titled “The Power of Extra Monetary Settlements: Getting Concessions in Addition to Money to Benefit the Client, the Lawyer and the Profession.”
Dan was honored to share his experiences with a dedicated group of North Dakota trial attorneys on the subject of how lawsuits can be used to correct injustices and prevent accidents and injuries from happening again. ”Trial lawyers need to use the power of the process to “legislate” against bad conduct, to make sure that future tragedies are prevented.”
Dan is a native North Dakotan, and has recently been licensed to practice in both Federal and State court by the North Dakota Bar. Dan’s areas of practice include oil and gas workplace injuries, complex medical malpractice cases including hypoxic-ischemic birth injuries, Erb’s Palsy and shoulder dystocia birth trauma, aviation liability (fixed-wing and helicopter), trucking and auto accidents, pharmaceutical liability, defective nutritional supplements (Olympic and Professional athletes), product liability and sexual abuse by authority figures.
